Selina Toh Yunyuan
Selina graduated from the University of Durham with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2011. She went on to complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law of England & Wales in 2012, and was subsequently admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2014.
Prior to joining Tito Isaac & Co LLP, Selina has interned and attended placement schemes with renowned law firms in London, Manchester and Preston, and also in two of the top four firms in Singapore. Selina’s international experience, passion for the law, and ability to work well with others has enabled her to develop a solid foundation of legal skills.
Areas of PracticeSelina’s primary area of practice is civil / commercial litigation. Her experience includes assisting in a cross-appeal in the Court of Appeal against a foreign company regarding a claim for breach of contract, a S$6 million suit involving resulting trusts and accounts, an application for summary judgment at first instance for a High Court civil claim against several defendants, and successfully defending the appeal to the summary judgment.
Selina has also represented clients in other areas of law including matrimonial matters.
Beyond the workplace, Selina is a long-time volleyball player and the former captain of the University team. She also enjoys travelling and diving.
